The legendary actor Irrfan Khan may have gone untimely, leaving us in deep grief and creating a space in Indian Cinema that can never be filled. The kind of films and roles he had done were of too great importance to ever fade with time. All his films relate to the lives of a common man and teach us a lesson or two.
There are characters done by him which inspire a whole generation by impacting all of us deep inside. The most important one that we could come with is the one which he performed in the last section of the film ‘The Life of Pie’.
His two lines that we never feel the urge to bid proper goodbye until we are no more is something that has touched everyone to the core and is absolutely correct for the present situation. Hope it inspires you all as well.
Irrfan’s last film was Anrezi Medium, which was released in March 2020. He succumbed to endocrine cancer after battling it for 2 long years which was detected in 2018. He even went abroad for the treatment and returned last year in November to complete his film Angrezi Medium. Due to sudden infection in his intestines, he was admitted to Kokilaben hospital in Mumbai on 29th April but he couldn’t be survived by the doctors and breathed his last on 30th April.
